• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

4. Travel Requirements

Passengers must carry valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. Vibrants travels is not responsible for any denied boarding due to missing documentation.

5. Liability & Responsibility

Vibrants travels acts as an agent for cruise operators and is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by third-party service providers. We are not responsible for itinerary changes due to weather, mechanical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to adhere to cruise guidelines and behave respectfully toward staff and fellow passengers. Any misconduct may result in removal from the cruise without a refund.
